Oranim’s Israel Service Corps Community Involvement

Get to know Israel from an insider’s perspective, by spending five months as a functioning member of Israeli society with the Israel Service Corps. Located in Ramla, just 25 minutes from Tel Aviv, you can get involved in local Jewish communities, and make a difference! ISC works hard to specially suit their volunteers with positions in the community such as teaching English, computer skills, sports, music, leadership roles and so much more! Sar El (IDF Bases All Over Israel)
Volunteers will do civilian work and provide needed services to IDF bases located throughout Israel. The work depends on what is needed on the particular base at the time. Some possible volunteer tasks include: preparing gas masks for the population, preparing food for Israeli soldiers and other general maintenance work.
Kibbutz Volunteers (Kibbutzim All Over Israel)
Volunteers between the ages of 18 to 35 who can commit to at least 6 weeks of volunteering on Kibbutzim located through out Israel. This work can range from agricultural farming to working in the dining hall.
