My name is Renee T. Masor, and I am the President and Campus Liaison of Tulane Israel Public Affairs Committee (TIPAC). I would like to thank you very much for making it possible for Neil Lazarus to speak at Tulane University.
He truly has made our job of strengthening support for the US-Israel relations at Tulane a lot easier. Last night Neil met with our school's "campus influential" (heads and presidents of major student organizations). He was able to connect each of these students who don't know much about the current situation in Israel in a way that obviously broadened their perspective.
During his seminar he showed the student leaders just how they are connected to this land as Americans; and he was also able to give a realistic image of what Israel is dealing with right now. After showing direct footage from the recent Jerusalem bombing in the context of the discussion, and clarifying that "before you judge us, see what we are dealing with," the students left the evening with Neil ready to listen the pro-Israel voices that we are offering them. These "campus influentials" are potentially the leaders of tomorrow, and the fact that Neil Lazarus has given them an accurate, funny, and intellectually stimulating perspective on the conflict in the Middle East has made my, TIPAC's, and the entire pro-Israel community's message even stronger.
Again, thank you so much for making this opportunity available to us.
Sincerely,
Renee T. Masor

We have very bright students in our program and they need to be challenged. Neil does even more than that. Anyone who is serious about Israel advocacy should consider working with Neil Lazarus"
